KOŚCIERZYNA: Związkowcy skazani za manifestację
Związkowcy ze szpitala w Kościerzynie skazani za organizację nielegalnej manifestacji. 5 osób zostało ukaranych grzywną. Zapowiadają odwołania. Sprawa dotyczy pikiety z kwietnia tego roku. Na zaproszenie wicemarszałek Hanny Zych – Cisoń grupa związkowców przyjechała na rozmowy do Urzędu Marszałkowskiego, część z nich z transparentami została na chodniku przed Urzędem i głośno manifestowała – domagając się regularnych wypłat wynagrodzenia. Jednak zdaniem sądu związkowcy nie złożyli wymaganego zawiadomienia o zorganizowaniu manifestacji. Więc protest został uznany za nielegalny. A szefowie 5 związków ze szpitala odpowiedzą za jego zorganizowanie. Mają zapłacić po 300 zł grzywny i zostaną obciążeni kosztami postępowania. Związkowcy zapowiadają jednak odwołania od decyzji sądu.
