NIK skontrolował nielegalne zabudowy w pasie nabrzeżnym
Gminy i powiaty często nie wiedzą o nieruchomościach postawionych w pasie nadbrzeżnym – wynika z raportu Najwyższej Izby Kontroli. W skontrolowanych gminach najwięcej nielegalnej zabudowy stwierdzono w Karwieńskich Błotach w gminie Krokowa.
– W konsekwencji inwestycje w pasie nadbrzeżnym mogą powstawać w sposób przypadkowy i nieprzewidywalny – mówi rzecznik prasowy Najwyższej Izby Kontroli Dominika Tarczyńska.
NIK skontrolowała 18 jednostek: w tym cztery starostwa powiatowe, dziewięć urzędów gmin, cztery inspektoraty nadzoru budowlanego oraz gminny ośrodek sportu i rekreacji. Kontrolerzy wybrali się do powiatów: kołobrzeskiego, koszalińskiego, słupskiego i puckiego. Wskazują, że 80 procent powierzchni pasa nadbrzeżnego nie jest objęte miejscowymi planami zagospodarowania przestrzennego, dzięki czemu można tam budować na podstawie indywidualnych decyzji administracyjnych.
Najwięcej takich obiektów – bo około pół tysiąca – nielegalnie postawiono w Karwieńskich Błotach. Były to baraki, wiaty, szopy, budynki rekreacji indywidualnej i gospodarcze. W raporcie NIK wskazano, że w celu ochrony strefy nadmorskiej gmina Krokowa przystąpiła do opracowywania kompleksowych miejscowych planów, które będą przewidywały przeznaczenie terenów sąsiadujących z pasem ochronnym na tereny rolne z zakazem zabudowy.
