Samorząd we Władysławowie wykupuje pole w centrum miasta
Coraz bliżej budowy rynku we Władysławowie – tamtejszy samorząd wykupił część działek w pobliżu ratusza. To pierwszy sukces w sprawie zagospodarowania centrum miasta po kilkunastu latach negocjacji z właścicielami gruntów.
– Zawsze brakowało rekreacyjnego deptaka w centrum, ważnego elementu infrastruktury dla turystycznej miejscowości – mówi burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel.
Gmina Władysławowo stała się właścicielem łącznie 840 metrów kwadratowych ziemi, którą nabyła za kwotę ponad 200 tysięcy złotych. Wytyczono także ciągi komunikacyjne na obszarze około 1 hektara oraz podpisano wstępne porozumienie z największym udziałowcem 5,5 tysiąca metrów kwadratowych gruntu w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie ratusza. Całość gruntu władysławowski magistrat chce zakupić do końca bieżącego roku – tak by można było zagospodarować puste pole w centrum miasta.
