W Gdańsku powstał nowoczesny Ekobiurowiec – siedziba WFOŚ
Urzędnicy Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku przeprowadzają się do nowej siedziby. To nowoczesny i energooszczędny biurowiec u styku ulic Rybaki Górne i Wałowej. Jego otwarcie zaplanowano na koniec marca.
– Te nowoczesne rozwiązania będzie można oglądać w naszej siedzibie już od końca marca – zapowiada zastępca prezesa zarządu Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska Maciej Kazienko.
Budowa kosztowała blisko 6 i pół mln złotych. W tym trzypiętrowym budynku po raz pierwszy na Pomorzu zastosowano tak rygorystyczne rozwiązania proekologiczne. Oprócz solidnego ocieplenia ścian i odpowiedniej stolarki okiennej, zamontowano tam system wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła a także system inteligentnego sterowania budynkiem – czyli wyłączania energii w pomieszczeniach, które nie są użytkowane. Na budynku zainstalowano też panele fotowoltaiczne, które będą produkowały około 40 kW energii.
To pierwszy na Pomorzu obiekt, który będzie spełniał dyrektywę unijną promującą budownictwo energooszczędne. Podobne standardy już od 2018 roku będą musiały spełniać wszystkie nowo powstające budynki zajmowane przez władze publiczne.
