Będą dalsze negocjacje w sprawie podwyżek w kościerskim szpitalu
Jest cień szansy na porozumienie – takim komunikatem zakończyły się dzisiaj rozmowy ostatniej szansy w sprawie podwyżek pensji w szpitalu w Kościerzynie. Dalsze negocjacje zaproponowała związkowcom wicemarszałek województwa Hanna Zych-Cisoń.
– Dzisiaj pojawił się cień nadziei w wyjściu z patowej sytuacji – powiedział po spotkaniu Arkadiusz Błaszczyk, szef związku zawodowego lekarzy.
W kościerskim szpitalu od kilku miesięcy trwa pogotowie strajkowe. Pracownicy domagają się podwyżek w kwocie 300 zł. Ich zdaniem zarabiają najmniej ze wszystkich pracowników z 9 szpitali podległych Urzędowi Marszałkowskiemu. Tyle, że kolejne podwyżki groziłyby utratą płynności finansowej placówki. – Będziemy starali się na osi czasu rozłożyć etapami ewentualne podwyżki – zapowiadała wicemarszałek Hanna Zych-Cisoń. Jeżeli kolejne rozmowy nie przyniosą rozwiązania, związkowcy wciąż nie wykluczają podjęcia akcji strajkowej.
