Dlatego urzędnicy przypominają, że obowiązkiem właściciela psa jest trzymanie go w sposób uniemożliwiający mu zaatakowanie i pogryzienie osób lub zwierząt. Pod żadnym pozorem nie można wypuszczać psa samopas, bez żadnej opieki i kontroli.Urzędnicy zapowiedzieli, że wspólnie z policjantami skontrolują wszystkie miejscowości w gminie.
