Wojewódzkie obchody Dnia Przewodnika Turystycznego
By podziękować najbardziej zaangażowanym – samorządowcy i przewodnicy spotkali się w Wejherowie, podczas Wojewódzkich Obchodów Międzynarodowego Dnia Przewodnika Turystycznego.
– To dla nas doskonałą motywacja – mówi Teresa Kowalska z wejherowskiego oddziału PTTK.
Święto obchodzone jest na świecie od 16 lat i jest okazją do promocji regionu. Jak podkreślił Jacek Thiel z wejherowskiego starostwa powiatowego – warto pokazywać, że już nie tylko duże metropolie mają się czym pochwalić. Spotkanie było okazją do podsumowania minionego roku, a także zaprezentowania najnowszych turystycznych atrakcji regionu, jak np. szlak kaszubskich nut w Wejherowie czy festiwal smaków w Choczewie. – Za pracę podziękowano 19 szczególnie zaangażowanym przewodnikom z Wejherowa, Pucka, Gniewa, Słupska i Malborka – dodaje przewodnicząca Pomorskiej Federacji Przewodnickiej, Barbara Ząbczyk-Chmielewska.Powiat wejherowski po raz pierwszy był gospodarzem wojewódzkich Obchodów Międzynarodowego Dnia Przewodnika Turystycznego.
