PUCK: Nie wszyscy przyjęli mieszkania
„Bo nie ma szałerka i piwnicy” – to jedna z przyczyn, dla których kilka rodzin z Pucka – mimo przydziału – nie wybrało mieszkania w nowoczesnym budynku komunalnym. Robimy skok cywilizacyjny – odpowiada na to burmistrz miasta. Nowoczesny obiekt i wysoki standard za prawie 2 mln złotych – to oddany niedawno do użytku w Pucku nowy budynek komunalny. Miejsce miało w nim znaleźć 28 rodzin, które do tej pory najczęściej zamieszkują stare kamienice przy rynku miasta. Niestety, do tej pory przydzielono jedynie 20 mieszkań. Powody są prozaiczne – tłumaczy burmistrz Marek Rintz. Najczęściej to dawne przyzwyczajenia mieszkańców. W nowym budynku komunalnym przy ulicy Pogodnej w Pucku znajduje się 20 mieszkań jedno – i dwupokojowych, a także 8 mieszkań z trzema pokojami. Samorząd otrzymał na ten cel pomoc ze środków Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego w wysokości 1 mln złotych.
