Muzeum Kaszubskie w Kartuzach zaprasza na wykład o 66 Kaszubskim Pułku im. Józefa Piłsudskiego. Kaszubski pułk piechoty powstał w 1919 roku, z ochotników przerzucanych przez Organizację Wojskową Pomorza na teren Wielkopolski.
– Chcemy przypomnieć tę trudną i zapomnianą już historię – mówi dyrektor Muzeum Barbara Kąkol.
Organizacją zajął się por. Leon Kowalski – przyszły starosta kartuski i kościerski. Podczas wojny polsko – bolszewickiej Kaszubi wsławili się m.in. rozbiciem pułku rosyjskiej piechoty imienia Lenina. Wykład poprowadzi kpt Marian Hirsz – propagator i krzewiciel wiedzy o Pułku. Wykład odbędzie się jutro o godzinie 14.00 w kartuskiej siedzibie Muzeum Kaszubskiego. Wstęp jest wolny.
