Prokuratura wszczęła śledztwo w sprawie wybuchu w bytowskiej kamienicy
Śledztwo w sprawie eksplozji w Bytowie wszczęła tamtejsza prokuratura. Dochodzenie prowadzone jest w kierunku sprowadzenia niebezpieczeństwa dla życia i zdrowia wielu osób oraz mienia dużej wartości. Do wybuchu doszło dwa dni temu w bytowskiej kamienicy przy ulicy Tartacznej. Eksplodowała substancja przechowywana w mieszkaniu Tadeusza K., członka lokalnego bractwa rycerskiego. 42-latek z poparzoną twarzą i rękami trafił do szpitala, ewakuowano 13 rodzin mieszkających w kamienicy na kilka godzin potrzebne do przewietrzenia budynku i ocenę szkód. Eksplozja uszkodziła kilka ścian, ale nadzór budowlany pozwolił mieszkańcom na powrót do mieszkań. Śledczy ustalili, że do wybuchu doszło, gdy Tadeusz K. próbował przenieść około kilograma prochu z domu na korytarz – mówi Ryszard Krzemianowski prokurator rejonowy w Bytowie. Tadeusz K. Zostanie przesłuchany w ciągu kilku dni. W jego mieszkaniu zabezpieczono dodatkowo ponad kilogram dwóch rodzajów substancji, w tym dziewięćset gramów chloranu potasu. Za sprowadzenie zdarzenia, które zagraża życiu lub zdrowiu wielu osób albo mieniu w wielkich rozmiarach grozi kara pozbawienia wolności od roku do 10 lat.
