Będzie jedna baza pytań egzaminacyjnych na prawo jazdy
Będzie jedna baza pytań egzaminacyjnych na prawo jazdy – zapowiada ministerstwo transportu. Pytania mają być też upublicznione – powiedział Dziennikowi Gazeta Prawna rzecznik ministerstwa Mikołaj Karpiński.
Od stycznia przyszłego roku testy powinny być przeprowadzone na jednolitym oprogramowaniu. Opracowywane są też zmiany w przepisach, które pozwolą na ujednolicenie obecnych dwóch baz pytań – teraz egzaminy są przeprowadzane na postawie bazy przygotowanej przez Polską Wytwórnię Papierów Wartościowych lub Instytuj Transportu Samochodowego. Kiedy po raz pierwszy sygnalizowaliśmy wprowadzenie takich rozwiązań, określiliśmy termin ok. 12 miesięcy na realizację tego projektu – tłumaczy Gazecie Prawnej rzecznik ministerstwa transportu Mikołaj Karpiński. Główną przesłanką do upublicznienia pytań jest ich liczba. Przed zmianami ze stycznia tego roku baza liczyła kilkaset pytań, które kandydaci na kierowców z łatwością wkuwali na pamięć. W nowej bazie będzie ich do 4 tysiecy. Jej upublicznienie ma też uciąć wszelkie spekulacje dotyczące tego, jak absurdalne pytania się tam pojawiają. Ujawnienie pytań miałoby jednak swoją cenę. Ministerstwo Transportu nie zamierza obniżać progu punktowego na egzaminach teoretycznych – wymagane jest uzyskanie co najmniej 68 punktów na 72 możliwe. Za takim rozwiązaniem lobbowali m.in. przedstawiciele ośrodków ośrodków szkolenia kierowców i WORDy.
