Uznany za winnego, ale z wyrokiem w zawieszeniu
2 lata więzienia w zawieszeniu na pięć lat – zasądził Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku w sprawie kierowcy autokaru, który w 2013 roku rozbił się na trasie Włocławek – Aleksandrów Kujawski.
W wypadku zginęły na miejscu dwie osoby, a 12 zostało poważnie rannych. Byli to kibice Lechii Gdańsk, którzy wracali z meczu. Sąd uznał, że Mariusz Ch. Jest winny spowodowania katastrofy w ruchu lądowym ze skutkiem śmiertelnym. Skazał 45-latka na dwa lata więzienia w zawieszeniu na 5 lat. Mężczyzna otrzymał także 7-letni zakaz prowadzenia pojazdów i musi też zapłacić 4 tys. zł grzywny. Wyrok nie jest prawomocny.
