PUCK: Najpierw sprzedał BMW, potem zgłosił jego kradzież
Najpierw sprzedał auto a potem zgłosił jego kradzież. Mieszkańcowi Pucka grożą teraz 2 lata pozbawienia wolności. Nie udała się udawana przedsiębiorczość mieszkańca Pucka. Najpierw sprzedał warte 200 tysięcy złotych BMW, a potem zgłosił na policję jego kradzież. Auto już się znalazło, a śledczy szukają kolejnych zamieszanych w sprawę. Jak ustalili mundurowi samochód jest własnością niemieckiej firmy leasingowej, a użytkowany był przez 41-letniego Pucczanina. Ten postanowił przywłaszczyć auto, które sprzedał 33-latkowi z powiatu wejherowskiego za 16 tyś złotych.
W transakcji pośredniczył 26-letni mieszkaniec Pucka. Cała trójka trafiła do policyjnego aresztu. Kryminalni odzyskali samochód. Był ukryty w stodole na terenie powiatu wejherowskiego. Za zgłoszenie o niepopełnionym przestępstwie grozi kara do 2 lat pozbawienia wolności, natomiast za przywłaszczenie cudzej rzeczy oraz przestępstwo paserstwa w przypadku mienia znacznej wartości grozi kara nawet 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
