Przed świętami skorzystaj z bezpłatnych porad prawnych
Kupiłeś nietrafiony prezent i zastanawiasz czy możesz go oddać? Nie wiesz jak złożyć reklamację? Przed świętami można łatwiej skorzystać z bezpłatnych porad organizacji konsumenckich. Są dyżury w wybranych supermarketach, uruchomiono też formularz internetowy.
Prawnicy Federacji Konsumentów pełnią dyżury w wybranych supermarketach w 11 miastach – w tym Gdańsku. Federacja Konsumentów udziela także porad na swoim profilu na Facebooku. Internauci mogą skorzystać również z szybkich porad udzielanych przez Stowarzyszenie Konsumentów Polskich i Fundację Konsumentów. Wystarczy wypełnić formularz dostępny na stronach internetowych partnerów. Odpowiedzi na pierwszych sto zapytań każdego dnia udzielane są w ciągu 24 godzin, na pozostałe nie później niż w ciągu 3 dni. Nieodpłatnie pomóc konsumentom mogą także Inspekcja Handlowa i rzecznicy konsumentów.
Bezpłatne porady prawne prowadzone przez organizacje konsumenckie finansowane są ze środków Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów, który na swojej stronie internetowej publikuje harmonogram, linki i numery telefonów. Przypomina też, że warto zachować dowód zakupu – najprostszym jest paragon czy faktura – oraz że oryginalne opakowanie nie jest konieczne do złożenia reklamacji i sprzedawca nie może go wymagać.
