– W sumie daje to około 7 mln złotych rocznie, których nie mamy w budżecie – odpowiada prezes szpitala Wiktor Hajdenrajch.
To wynik zakończonych niepowodzeniem 10-miesięcznych rozmów między związkami zawodowymi a zarządem szpitala. Pracownicy domagają się podwyżek płac, zmiany regulaminu wynagradzania i przywrócenia premii. – W wyniku przeprowadzonego referendum większość załogi opowiedziała się za zorganizowaniem akcji strajkowej – mówi szef szpitalnej Solidarności Andrzej Pufelski. Jak podkreśla – pracownicy w Kościerzynie zarabiają najmniej ze wszystkich szpitali marszałkowskich w województwie.
W tym roku zarząd szpitala w Kościerzynie przyznał pracownikom średnio stu złotową podwyżkę. To nie zadowoliło załogi, która żąda podniesienia płac o 300 złotych. Pogotowie strajkowe ma potrwać do 15 grudnia. Jeśli nie będzie na nie reakcji władz szpitala i Urzędu Marszałkowskiego, związkowcy zapowiadają zaostrzenie protestu.
