Szkolenie dla pań pod hasłem „Wróć do pracy”
Szkolenie dla pań pod hasłem „Wróć do pracy” organizuje Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych Pomorskiego Parku Naukowo-Technologicznego w Gdyni.
Zgłaszać mogą się panie, które nie mają pomysłu na to co mogłyby zawodowo robić, nie wiedzą od czego zacząć poszukiwanie pracy, mają wrażenie że nie „pasują” do tego, oferują pracodawcy. W bezpłatnym programie są miejsca maksymalnie dla 12 uczestniczek. Przewidziano dla nich 5 indywidualnych sesji, w których pod okiem fachowca przyjrzą się swoim kompetencjom, zasobom, możliwym działaniom. Będą też 4 szkolenia grupowe, dotyczące umiejętności które pozwolą lepiej funkcjonować na rynku pracy. Tematy zostaną skonsultowane z uczestniczkami, tak by jak najlepiej odpowiadały potrzebom grupy. Trwające około 4 godzin szkolenia będą odbywały się raz w miesiącu od stycznia do kwietnia. W trakcie każdego spotkania zapewniona zostanie opieka nad dziećmi uczestniczek, które zgłoszą taką potrzebę.
Rekrutacja do programu „Wróć do pracy” potrwa do 15 grudnia. Zgłaszać można się za pośrednictwem internetowego formularza bądź osobiście w Laboratorium Innowacji Społecznych Pomorskiego Parku Naukowo-Technologicznego w Gdyni.
