Wyróżnieni kościerscy strażacy działający w Solidarności
Najbardziej uzwiązkowionym zakładem pracy na Pomorzu jest Komenda Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Kościerzynie. Prawie 90% jej pracowników należy do NSZZ „Solidarność”. Z okazji 35-lecia związku zasłużeni działacze w Kościerzynie otrzymali medale i wyróżnienia.
– Koledzy rozumieją potrzebę zrzeszania się po to, żeby nawzajem się wspierać, razem poprawiać warunki swojego zatrudnienia… – przewodniczący regionu gdańskiego NSZZ Solidarność Krzysztof Dośla.
Przy okazji przedstawiono najnowsze statystyki dotyczące uzwiązkowienia w Polsce i Unii Europejskiej, gdzie średni poziom wynosi 23%. Przynależność do związków zawodowych maleje w prawie wszystkich krajach Europy. W Polsce według badań CBOS-u do związków należy jedynie co dziesiąty pracownik najemny. Skąd więc takie zainteresowanie związkami w komendzie w Kościerzynie? Związek w tym roku obchodzi 35-lecie istnienia. Główne obchody odbyły się w sierpniu. (fot. PSP Kościerzyna)
