Poszukiwani seniorzy chętni na wolontariat
Pomaganie jest piękne, zostań wolontariuszem – przekonują w puckim Hospicjum pw. św Ojca Pio. Szukają aktywnych seniorów, którzy chcieliby zaangażowac się społecznie.
– Zajęcie seniorów z korzyścią dla podopiecznych to jeden cel, chcemy też stworzyć stały zespół który działałby na terenie całego województwa – wiceprezes hospicjum, Anna Jochim – Labuda.
Akcję „Pomaganie jest piękne – Srebrny wolontariat” puckie hospicjum prowadzi wraz z 14 podobnymi placówkami w kraju w ramach rządowego programu Aktywizacji Społecznej Osób Starszych. Do zadań wolontariuszy, po przejściu przeszkolenia należałaby opieka nad potrzebującymi w ich domach. Wśród obowiązków znalazłyby się m.in. drobne prace domowe czy zrobienie zakupów, a czasami – po prostu dotrzymanie towarzystwa. – Najważniejsze jest zaangażowanie, dlatego przestrzegamy przed słomianym zapałem – dodaje wicedyrektor puckiego hospicjum.
Chętni do zaangażowania się w wolontariat zaproszeni są na spotkanie organizacyjne w siedzibie puckiego hospicjum 2 grudnia o godzinie 17:00.
