Seniorzy mogą już korzystać z nowego domu dziennej opieki w Pucku
Opiekę i aktywne spędzanie czasu – zapewni osobom starszym otwarty w Pucku dom dziennej opieki Senior Wigor. Placówkę prowadzi Kaszubska Spółdzielnia Socjalna Przystań.
– W planach mamy także wycieczki czy spacery nordic walking, bo naszym głównym celem jest aktywizacja osób starszych – mówi prezes Spółdzielni Andrzej Majkowski.
Założona przy współpracy z puckim starostwem placówka to pierwsze przedsięwzięcie powstałej w czerwcu Spółdzielni. Przez 8 godzin dziennie,od poniedziałku do piątku z oferty Senior Wigor będą mogły korzystać osoby niepracujące powyżej 60 roku życia. W wyposażonym w 4 pokoje, kuchnię i salę telewizyjną ośrodku na seniorów czekają m.in. zajęcia terapeutyczne i zabiegi rehabilitacyjne. – W planach mamy także wycieczki czy spacery nordic walking, bo naszym głównym celem jest aktywizacja osób starszych – mówi prezes Spółdzielni Andrzej Majkowski: Adaptacja budynku kosztowała 100 tysięcy złotych, z czego 75 tysięcy w ramach ogólnopolskiego programu Senior Wigor pozyskano z Ministerstwa Pracy i Polityki Społecznej, resztę wyłożyło puckie starostwo. Chęć dofinansowania działalności placówki zadeklarowało też 5 samorządów: miasto Puck oraz gminy Puck, Władysławowo, Kosakowo i Krokowa. Ta placówka to nie tylko korzyść dla seniorów, ale także nowe miejsca pracy – zauważa burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska.
Pucki dom Senior Wigor jest jednym z siedmiu w województwie pomorskim – obok Gdańska, Tuchomia, Dzierzgonia, Pelplina, Czerska i Skarszew.
