KARTUZY: Będą promować zdrową żywność
Cukinie i ziemniaki uprawiane bez chemii oraz dania z produktów pochodzących z ekologicznych gospodarstw będą w jutro promowane w Kartuzach. Na ósmym już Kartuskim Targu Produktów Ekologicznych. Chcemy przede wszystkim przypomnieć konsumentom, że warzywa wyprodukowane w środowisku pozbawionym chemii przemysłowej są bogatsze w witaminy i mikroelementy – mówi Elżbieta Szyler z Ligi Ochrony Przyrody. Dodaje, że gospodarstwa ekologiczne to takie, które pozyskały certyfikat, bo stosują nawożenie organiczne, prawidłowy płodozmian oraz uprawiają gatunki i odmiany poszczególnych roślin odpowiednie dla danej gleby. Żywność pochodząca z takich gospodarstw powinna jak najczęściej gościć na naszych stołach, nawet jeśli ceny niektórych produktów nie są jeszcze atrakcyjne – przekonuje Elżbieta Szyler z Ligi Ochrony Przyrody. Kupując zdrową żywność należy szukać produktów oznakowanych unijnym znakiem żywności ekologicznej, można też przyjść jutro na rynek w Kartuzach. Targ rozpocznie się o godznie 09:00 i potrwa do 13:00.
