WFOŚiGW uhonorowany za zasługi dla samorządu terytorialnego
Wojewódzki Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej w Gdańsku, reprezentowany przez prezes Danutę Grodzicką – Kozak, otrzymał odznakę honorową za zasługi dla samorządu terytorialnego. Wyróżnienie przyznane zostało przez Ministerstwo Administracji i Cyfryzacji.
Wśród wyróżnionych znalazły się osoby i instytucje, które odegrały znaczącą rolę w budowaniu samorządnej Polski. Łacińskie motto tej odznaki – Labor omnia vincit – znaczy tyle, co: Praca wszystko zwycięża.
Odznaka Honorowa za Zasługi dla Samorządu Terytorialnego nadawana jest m.in. za szczególne osiągnięcia w pracy w samorządzie, udział w pracach legislacyjnych, związanych z wprowadzaniem i reformowaniem samorządu terytorialnego, jak i za pracę naukową, badawczą oraz dydaktyczną dotyczącą samorządu.
