XX Turniej Kół Gospodyń Ziemi Puckiej
Po raz XX rywalizowały ze sobą panie z kół gospodyń wiejskich powiatu puckiego. Turniej, w którym wzięło udział 15 zespołów KGW z 15 miejscowości Ziemi Puckiej odbywał się w Domu Kultury w Żelistrzewie. Prowadził go Brunon Ceszke, który wspominał pierwsze tego typu spotkanie w 1996 roku w Łebczu.
Wówczas wystartowało w rywalizacji jedynie 5 kół. Brunon Ceszke podkreślił kulturotwórczą i społeczną rolę KGW działających na kaszubskiej wsi. O znaczeniu i sile KGW Ziemi Puckiej świadczy także to, że propozycję stanięcia na czele wojewódzkich struktur tej organizacji otrzymała Regina Kwidzińska z koła w Łebczu, która w Żelistrzewie odebrała gratulacje od wszystkich zebranych.
W takcie żelistrzewskiego turnieju miało miejsce podpisanie listów intencyjnych o współpracy pomiędzy Gminą Puck i Gminą Strzelno w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim.
