Kartuska policja i prokuratura wyjaśniają przyczyny wypadku, w którym wczoraj zginął 13-letni chłopiec. Do tragedii doszło w Załężu koło Przodkowa – tuż koło przystanku, z którego bus zabiera dzieci do szkoły.
Do wypadku doszło rano, chłopiec wyszedł z domu do szkoły, ciężarówką jechała od strony Pomieczyna w kierunku Przodkowa, kierował nią 25-letni mężczyzna. Z nieustalonych dotąd przyczyn przyczepa zjechała na przeciwległy pas ruchu, uderzyła w drzewo po czym najechała na prawidłowo idącego 13-latka. Pomimo przeprowadzonej reanimacji, chłopiec zmarł. „Na razie jest za wcześnie by mówić co było bezpośrednią przyczyną wypadku” – mówi rzecznik kartuskiej policji Jarosława Krefta. Biegli będą ustalać czy przyczyną wypadku był błąd człowieka czy usterka techniczna.
