Związkowcy w szpitalu w Kościerzynie przygotowują się do akcji strajkowej. Na początek oflagują budynki i będą wolniej i dokładniej pracować w ramach tak zwanego „strajku włoskiego”. Do przyszłego tygodnia podejmą kolejne decyzje o zaostrzeniu akcji.
– Wczoraj związkowcy rozmawiali o formach protestu – mówi szef szpitalnej Solidarności Andrzej Pufelski.
To efekt braku porozumienia z dyrekcją placówki w sprawie podwyżki wynagrodzeń. W przeprowadzonym w szpitalu referendum 89 proc. pracowników opowiedziało się za zorganizowaniem akcji strajkowej. – Protestów nie muszą obawiać się pacjenci – zapewnia Andrzej Pufelski. Początkowo związki zawodowe domagały się wzrostu pensji dla każdego pracownika o półtora tysiąca złotych, potem postulat ten zmniejszono do 300-u zł w tym roku. Propozycja nie została jednak przyjęta przez zarząd szpitala. W wysłanym do mediów oświadczeniu napisano, że realizacja postulatów związkowców kosztowałaby szpital 6 mln złotych rocznie, na co nie stać lecznicy w Kościerzynie.
