GDYNIA: Postępowanie dyscyplinarne dla policjantów
Wobec dwóch kolejnych policjantów z Gdyni wszczęto postępowanie dyscyplinarne – w związku z bójką do jakiej doszło w sierpniu na plaży między kibicami Ruchu Chorzów a żeglarzami z Meksyku. W sumie postępowania obejmują już ośmiu funkcjonariuszy – poinformował rzecznik prasowy gdyńskiej policji Michał Rusak. Wyjaśnił, że decyzje w tej sprawie zapadły po tym, jak w ubiegłym tygodniu do gdyńskiej jednostki dotarły wyniki kontroli przeprowadzonej przez Komendę Główną Policji. Oceniono w niej negatywnie brak reakcji na zgłoszenia dotyczące zachowania kibiców na plaży miejskiej w Gdyni. Zdaniem kontrolerów dowódca akcji „nie podejmował właściwych decyzji, odpowiednich do zmieniającej się sytuacji na plaży i narastających zagrożeń ze strony znajdujących się tam kibiców”. Za nieefektywne uznano też czynności podjęte przez policjantów w pierwszych godzinach po rozpoczęciu bójki. Obecnie rzecznik dyscyplinarny gdyńskiej policji prowadzi postępowania dyscyplinarne wobec siedmiu funkcjonariuszy. Sprawami pięciu z nich zajął się kilka dni po incydencie na plaży, po wewnętrznej kontroli przeprowadzonej w komendzie. Funkcjonariuszom zarzucono m.in. niewłaściwe reakcje lub niewłaściwe przekazywanie informacji. Kolejne, ósme, postępowanie dyscyplinarne dotyczy byłego już zastępcy komendanta miejskiego w Gdyni, który 18 sierpnia kierował zabezpieczeniem meczu – prowadzi je rzecznik dyscyplinarny działający przy pomorskim komendancie policji.
