Eksperci o bezpieczeństwie w energetyce jądrowej
O bezpieczeństwie w energetyce jądrowej – rozmawiano w Filharmonii Kaszubskiej w Wejherowie. Pomorscy samorządowcy spotkali się tam z międzynarodowymi ekspertami na konferencji zorganizowanej przez spółkę PGE EJ1 odpowiedzialnej za budowę pierwszej w Polsce elektrowni atomowej.
– Przekaz, aby był zrozumiały, musi być czytelny dla każdego i właśnie temu ma służyć nasza konferencja – mówi kierownik projektu ds. bezpieczeństwa jądrowego i ochrony radiologicznej PGE EJ1, Wiesław Kiełbasa.
Technologie reaktorowe, zabezpieczenia fizyczne i kultura bezpieczeństwa to tematy które poruszano na wtorkowym spotkaniu. Kilkudziesięciu zebranych na sali samorządowców i przedstawicieli instytucji samorządowych wysłuchało prelekcji międzynarodowych ekspertów – m. in. Jacques`a Foos`a, członka francuskiej Nuclear Comission of Information, o tym jakie technologie są wykorzystywane w elektrowniach atomowych oraz jakie procedury obowiązują w krajach, które takie obiekty już posiadają. – Po pierwsze: odpowiedni system zarządzania jakością, po drugie: zachowanie każdej osoby, która dla tej i na tej elektrowni pracuje – dodaje koordynator kultury bezpieczeństwa z fińskiej elektrowni atomowej z Olkiluoto, Karolina Wrona.
Słuchacze mieli też możliwość dyskusji z ekspertami, pytano m. in. o to jakie wzorce i skąd zaimportujemy na nasz grunt. – Choć świadomość w zakresie energetyki jądrowej rośnie, to wciąż istnieje potrzeba rozmowy na ten temat – przyznaje dyrektor wydziału bezpieczeństwa i zarządzania kryzysowego Urzędu Marszałkowskiego w Gdańsku, Ryszard Sulęta.
