„Dzieci radzą sobie same tylko w bajkach. Pomóż osieroconym dzieciom” – to tytuł 12 ogólnopolskiej kampanii społecznej Fundacji Hospicyjnej z Gdańska. Poprzez odwołanie się do bohaterów znanych bajek jak Kopciuszek, Jaś i Małgosia czy Sierotka Marysia twórcy akcji chcą przybliżyć społeczeństwu, po raz kolejny, problem osierocenia dzieci.
– Najczęściej osierocone dziecko ze swoją żałobą zostaje samo i wtedy jego opowieść nie zawsze kończy się tak jak w bajce – mówi Alicja Stolarczyk, prezes Fundacji Hospicyjnej w Gdańsku.
Jak podaje Fundacja, co pół godziny, ktoś poniżej 20. roku życia staje się w Polsce sierotą. Symbolem kampanii jest pomarańczowy słonik Tumbo. W ramach akcji organizowane będą konkursy dla dzieci i wspólne czytanie bajek, a także zbiórki funduszy na stypendia dla dzieci osieroconych z całej Polski.
