Sery z osady Burego Misia coraz bardziej popularne
Kaszubskie sery z osady Burego Misia koło Kościerzyny są coraz bardziej popularne w Polsce. We wrześniu otrzymały dwie prestiżowe nagrody: HIT Targów podczas Kaszubskiej Jesieni oraz Nagrodę Konsumencką na Festiwalu Sera i Wina we Wrocławiu.
– Robione są z niepasteryzowanego, wysokowartościowego mleka od krów rasy Jersey, co jest główną ich zaletą – opowiada szefowa serowarni w Osadzie Lidka Kamola.
Sery produkowane są przez niepełnosprawnych członków wspólnoty Burego Misia, która ma swoją siedzibę niedaleko Kościerzyny.
