Chcą otworzyć placówkę dla dzieci z autyzmem
Chce otworzyć w Pucku placówkę dla dzieci z autyzmem, wsparcia szuka m. in. w gminach – Fundacja Puckie Centrum Diagnozy, Terapii i Edukacji.
– Zależy nam, by tę chorobę móc wykrywać już u dzieci 16 miesięcznych – mówią Karolina Struk i Katarzyna Bizewska z Fundacji Puckie Centrum Diagnozy, Terapii i Edukacji.
Choć powstała w maju tego roku Fundacja już otworzyła pierwsze w Pucku przedszkole integracyjne – dla dzieci zdrowych i z niepełnosprawnościami. W planach jest stworzenie nowoczesnego ośrodka do wczesnej diagnozy autyzmu i zajęć rehabilitacyjnych. Ośrodek miałby powstać w dawnej siedzibie Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy przy ulicy Wejherowskiej, fundacja chce go pozyskać od miasta Pucka. Zwraca się też do samorządów z powiatu puckiego o finansowe wsparcie. – Z pomysłem zapoznali się m. in. radni gminy Puck – mówi wójt gminy Puck Tadeusz Puszkarczuk. Fundacja chce od samorządów pozyskać środki na adaptację dawnej siedziby urzędu pracy na potrzeby ośrodka diagnostyczno – rehabilitacyjnego – koszt szacowany jest na 800 tysięcy złotych.
