Kibice Ruchu Chorzów będą ukarani za pobicie meksykańskich marynarzy
Kibice Ruchu Chorzów nie unikną kary za pobicie meksykańskich marynarzy – Sąd Najwyższy oddalił kasację ich obrońców.
Sprawa dotyczy zajścia z sierpnia 2013 roku, do którego doszło na plaży w Gdyni. Pseudokibice z Chorzowa pobili się z załogą meksykańskiego żaglowca. W styczniu ubiegłego roku sześciu mężczyzn skazano na rok i 10 miesięcy więzienia, a jeden na 2 lata i dwa miesiące. W odpowiedzi na apelację obrońców wnoszących o uniewinnienie bądź wyroki w zawieszeniu Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku skrócił karę o 4 miesiące dwóm kibicom, którzy przyznali się do winy i współpracowali z prokuraturą. Teraz Sąd Najwyższy oddalił kasacje obrońców, uznając je za bezzasadne. Decyzja jest ostateczna.
