Docenieni za wkład w rozwój powiatu wejherowskiego
Społecznicy, duchowni i krzewiciele kultury kaszubskiej docenieni za wkład w rozwój powiatu wejherowskiego. Medale i wyróżnienia wręczono podczas uroczystej sesji rady powiatu.
– To osoby, które promują i rozwijają nasz powiat – podkreślała starosta Gabriela Lisius.
Medale „Za zasługi dla powiatu wejherowskiego” trafiły w ręce 10 osób, m. in cenionej społeczniczki Zofii Kusturskiej i salezjanina ks. Marka Barańskiego. Za wkład w kulturę regionu specjalne odznaczenie Senatu wręczono znanemu rzeźbiarzowi i artyście Andrzejowi Arendtowi. Nagrodzono także krzewicieli kaszubszczyzny. W tym roku nagrody Remusa trafiły do trzech osób,w tym do naszego redakcyjnego kolegi Adama Hebla. Odznaczenia i uroczysta sesja rady były częścią trwających Dni Kultury Powiatu Wejherowskiego.
