Pracownicy kościerskiego szpitala przygotowują się do strajku
O jego przeprowadzeniu zdecydują w referendum, które rozpoczęło się w tym tygodniu. Powodem jest brak porozumienia z dyrekcją placówki w sprawie podwyżki wynagrodzeń.
– Mimo rozmów z udziałem mediatora nie doszliśmy do porozumienia – mówi szefowa związku pielęgniarek w szpitalu w Kościerzynie Alicja Sierzputowska.
Początkowo związki zawodowe domagały się wzrostu pensji dla każdego pracownika o tysiąc 500 złotych, potem postulat ten zmniejszono do 300 zł w tym roku. Propozycja nie została przyjęta przez zarząd szpitala, a pracownicy otrzymali jedynie 100 złotych podwyżki. Aby referendum było ważne, akcję strajkową musi poprzeć co najmniej połowa pracowników, czyli 416 osób. (Foto: www.lizakowski.pl)
