Chcą zachęcać nowych przedsiębiorców do inwestowania
Chcą zachęcać nowych przedsiębiorców do inwestowania w Kościerzynie. Radni miasta przyjęli dzisiaj odpowiednie przepisy dotyczące ulg i zwolnień podatkowych.
– Każdy z przedsiębiorców będzie mógł otrzymać zwolnienie od podatku od nieruchomości na okres do 3 lat – mówi skarbnik miasta Jarosław Laska.
Mają być one przeznaczone dla wszystkich rozpoczynających działalność gospodarczą w Kościerzynie, oprócz firm transportowych i spedycyjnych. Warunkiem będzie złożenie odpowiedniego wniosku przed rozpoczęciem procesu inwestycyjnego. Uchwała dotycząca ulg ma obowiązywać do 2020 roku.
