Chcą termomodernizować kolejne budynki wielorodzinne
10 kolejnych budynków wielorodzinnych ma być termomodernizowanych w Kościerzynie – władze miasta negocjują dofinansowanie na ten cel z Wojewódzkim Funduszem Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku. Inwestycja ma być realizowana w ramach programu KAWKA, który ma na celu ograniczenie tzw. niskiej emisji spalin pochodzącej z lokalnych kotłowni i domowych pieców.
– To kolejny etap termomodernizacji – mówi Ewa Chmielecka z wydziału rozwoju urzędu miasta w Kościerzynie.
W tym roku miasto planuje termomodernizację i podłączenie do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej 4 budynków komunalnych. A w kolejce czeka remont 10 kolejnych. Wartość inwestycji to około 5 milionów złotych: 10 procent ma zapłacić miasto, pokrycie reszty kwoty – 45 proc. bezzwrotnie i 45 proc. w formie pożyczki – jest negocjowane z Wojewódzkim Funduszem Ochrony Środowiska. Urząd miasta w Kościerzynie realizuje już jedną inwestycję w ramach KAWKI. Ma ona zakończyć się w tym roku i obejmuje 6 obiektów.
