Zapoznaj się z planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego Orla
Gmina Wejherowo zaprasza mieszkańców do zapoznania się z nowym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego Orla. Projekt ma przyspieszyć rozwój inwestycji w tej okolicy.
– To znacząco przyspieszy realizację naszej priorytetowej inwestycji w tym rejonie, czyli budowę kanalizacji – mówi kierownik referatu gospodarki przestrzennej Urzędu Gminy Wejherowo, Hanna Dziubek-Lechowska.
Plan zagospodarowania ma na celu wprowadzenie ładu przestrzennego – ustala m. in. warunki nowej zabudowy, wyznacza strefy ochrony konserwatorskiej i tereny na których stoją cenne obiekty historyczne lub przyrodnicze. Do tej pory tylko niewielka część Orla objęta była planem, teraz gmina chce rozszerzyć go na całą miejscowość. Opracowany plan został wyłożony do publicznego wglądu w Urzędzie Gminy Wejherowo. Swoje uwagi mieszkańcy Orla będą mogli zgłaszać podczas publicznej debaty nad proponowanymi rozwiązaniami, która odbędzie się w gminnym urzędzie 18 sierpnia o godzinie 14:00.
