Kartuska policja bada okoliczności szarpaniny z policjantami
Do zdarzenia doszło wczoraj w Kartuzach na ulicy Jeziornej. Po obfitych opadach deszczu, funkcjonariusze kierowali ruchem.
– Najpierw doszło to wymiany zdań, potem do bójki mówi rzecznik prasowy kartuskiej policji Magdalena Formela.
W pewnym momencie podjechało do nich dwóch mężczyzn, potem trzeci. Wszyscy trzej napastnicy zostali zatrzymani i przesłuchani. Policja prowadzi czynności zmierzające do ustalenia okoliczności napaści. Prawdopodobnie dalsze postępowanie w tej sprawie przejmie prokuratura. Za czynną napaść na funkcjonariuszy grozi od roku do 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
