PKP: Generalnego strajku na kolei nie będzie
Zapowiadanego na jesień generalnego strajku na kolei nie będzie. Związki zawodowe porozumiały się z zarządem PKP w sprawie ulg przejazdowych dla kolejarzy i ich rodzin.
Sprawa ciągnie się ubiegłego roku, po zapowiedzi cięć w przywilejach kolejarze wszczęli spór zbiorowy, w grudniu doszło do dwugodzinnego strajku ostrzegawczego, w lutym podpisano wstępne porozumienie przedłużone do końca wakacji. Mediacje przez ten czas zakończyły się kompromisem. Zgodnie z zawartym porozumieniem pracownicy spółek kolejowych zachowają 99% ulgę w drugiej klasie i możliwość dopłaty do ulgi w klasie pierwszej – o ile przepracowali co najmniej 5 lat na kolei. Dzieci pracowników będą miały ulgę w wymiarze 80% w całości finansowaną przez pracodawcę, z kolei współmałżonkowie będą mieli ulgę w wysokości 80% przy zachowaniu częściowej odpłatności – pracownik płaci 50% wartości ulgi za współmałżonka. Za zniżki zapłacą też kolejowi renciści i emeryci – do wyboru dwa pakiety wybranych przewoźników za oplatą 50 złotych za rok każdy. Zdaniem PKP to rozwiązanie urealni system ulg dla emerytów – będą z nich korzystały osoby które rzeczywiście jeżdżą koleją, a spółki będą mogły zmniejszyć rezerwy celowe tworzone w tym celu. Oszczędności z tytułu rozwiązanych rezerw na przyszłe świadczenia dla emerytów szacowane są w 2013 roku na ponad 200 mln zł.
Protokół z mediacji podpisał Związek Pracodawców Kolejowych ze spółkami będącymi w sporze zbiorowym, w tym także ze spółkami z Grupy PKP.
