GDYNIA: Zatrzymany w sprawie bójki na plaży został zwolniony
23-latek ze Świętochłowic, zatrzymany w sprawie bójki na gdyńskiej plaży, został zwolniony przez policję po złożeniu zeznań w prokuraturze. Mężczyzna był podejrzewany o udział w pobiciu, policja zidentyfikowała go dzięki nagraniom z przebiegu zajść. 23 – letni mieszkaniec Świętochłowic został przesłuchany w charakterze świadka. Prokurator rejonowy z Gdyni Witold Niesiołowski powiedział dziennikarzom, że mężczyzna był na plaży gdy doszło do bójki kibiców Ruchu Chorzów z marynarzami z Meksyku. Został zwolniony, bo prokuratura nie dysponowała dowodami na udział w bójce lub popełnienie przez niego jakiegokolwiek innego przestępstwa. Policja nadal poszukuje osób, które mogą mieć związek z incydentem. Wcześniej w tej sprawie zatrzymano trzech Polaków. Wszyscy usłyszeli już zarzuty udziału w pobiciu. Jeden trafił do tymczasowego aresztu, a dwóch pozostałych decyzją gdyńskiego sądu objęto dozorem policyjnym, mają też zakaz opuszczania kraju.
