„Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej” – zgłoszenia jeszcze do jutra
Władze Kościerzyny zachęcają restauratorów do wzięcia udziału w akcji promocyjnej „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”. Zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane tylko do jutra.
– Chcemy sięgać do tradycji i oferować turystom „coś innego” – mówi dyrektor Kościerskiego Domu Kultury Jan Dittrich.
Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej to zdaniem organizatorów idealna promocja regionu i miejskich restauracji wśród mieszkańców i turystów. Od 10 sierpnia lokalne gastronomiczne będą oferowały swoim gościom tradycyjne potrawy regionu jak choćby „sztãpóné bùlwë z mlékã”, czerninã, brzadową zupã, pùlczi ze slédzã czy młodzowi kùch. Restauracje, które chciałyby wziąć udział w akcji muszą do jutra złożyć pisemną deklarację do Urzędu Miasta, a także propozycję menu i nagrody, którą chcą ufundować dla swoich gości. Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej odbędzie się w Kościerzynie w dniach od 10 do 16 sierpnia.
