Danuta Ceszke dyrektorem puckiego szpitala
Od rozmowy z pracownikami i skrupulatnej analizy umów z kontrahentami rozpoczęła urzędowanie nowa dyrektor szpitala w Pucku. Za sterami puckiej lecznicy jest teraz Danuta Ceszke, związana z placówką od ponad 30 lat.
– Bieżącym priorytetem jest zapewnienie sprawnego działania w szczycie sezonu, ale musimy już zacząć myśleć o przyszłości szpitala – mówi Danuta Ceszke.
Przejęła obowiązki od ustępującego po dwóch zakontraktowanych kadencjach Bogdana Łęskiego. Rezerw na poprawę finansowej kondycji placówki nowa dyrektor szuka m. in. w analizie umów zawartych z kontrahentami i renegocjacji warunków pracy lekarzy. Pod lupę trafił także zakres wykonywanych świadczeń i ich zgodność z limitami NFZ. – Z całą pewnością nie przewiduję redukcji załogi – zapewnia Danuta Ceszke. Przez ostatnich 16 lat Danuta Ceszke była kierownikiem sekcji zajmujących się szpitalnym kontraktowaniem.
