Budynek powstanie w sąsiedztwie Nadraduńskiego Centrum Turystyczno – Rekreacyjnego.
Nowa siedziba urzędu ma kosztować 7 milionów złotych, ale część środków pokryje zewnętrzne dofinansowanie. Obecnie sprawy urzędowe trzeba w Stężycy załatwiać w wydziałach mieszczących się w trzech budynkach w różnych częściach wsi. W nowej siedzibie warunki zmienią się diametralnie. Powstanie piętrowy budynek a w nim 82 pomieszczenia, w tym m.in. specjalna strefa „open space”, pokoje śniadań, pokój rozmów, nowe gabinety wójta, zastępcy, sekretarza. Powstanie też sala obrad. Budowa nowego Urzędu Gminy Stężyca ma potrwać dwa lata.
