GDYNIA: Zatrzymanym w sprawie bójki grożą 3 lata więzienia
Na trzy miesiące trafi do aresztu trzeci mężczyzna zatrzymany w związku z niedzielną bójką na gdyńskiej plaży. Gdyński sąd przychylił się do wniosku prokuratury w tej sprawie.
Chodzi bijatykę na plaży, w której wzięło udział kilkadziesiąt osób, m. in. pseudokibice Ruchu Chorzów i meksykańscy marynarze. Do tej pory zatrzymano w tej sprawie trzech Polaków. W areszcie spędzi następne 3 miesiące 29-letni mieszkaniec Rudy Śląskiej. Mężczyźnie zarzuca się uczestnictwo w zbiegowisku i pobicie. Dokładnie takie same zarzuty usłyszało dwóch mężczyzn, którzy wczoraj wyszli na wolność. Sąd negatywnie rozpatrzył bowiem wniosek o areszt dla 25-letniego mieszkańca Staszkowa i 33-letniego katowiczanina. Wszystkim trzem grozi do 3 lat więzienia. Prokuratura zapowiada, że zaskarży wczorajsza decyzję sądu o zastosowaniu jedynie nadzoru policyjnego i zakazu opuszczania kraju. Pomorska policja nie wyklucza kolejnych zatrzymań – trwa identyfikacja pozostałych uczestników bójki na podstawie nagrań monitoringu.
Obywatele Meksyku w większości mają w śledztwie status pokrzywdzonych, część tylko świadków. Na pokładzie żaglowca szkoleniowego opuścili dziś przed południem gdyński port.
