Gdyńska SP nr 6 im. A. Abrahama świętowała 80 urodziny
Mówią o swojej szkole że to miejsce magiczne – gdyńska Szkoła Podstawowa nr 6 im. Antoniego Abrahama świętowała 80 urodziny.
Trzydniowe obchody rozpoczęły się w piątek uroczystościami w szkole, w sobotę był otwarty festyn dla mieszkańców Obłuża, w niedzielę msza święta. Placówka nosi imię wybitnego kaszubskiego działacza od lat 70., z inicjatywy lokalnej społeczności. Patronat Króla Kaszubów zobowiązuje, dlatego cała oprawa – od zaproszeń, przez dekoracje po muzykę była kaszubska, zaprezentował się m.in. działający w szóstce zespół Krosniąta. Wspominano też osoby zasłużone dla szkoły, przyjechali również absolwenci – niektórzy dorównujący wiekiem 80-letniej placówce. Placówka jako jedna z pierwszych w Gdyni wprowadziła edukację regionalną. Uroczystości jubileuszowe szóstki zakończyła niedzielna msza święta w kościele św. Andrzeja Boboli.
