Powstanie plan podziału funduszów masy upadłości Amber Gold
Na kwotę 584,5 mln zł opiewa lista wierzytelności Amber Gold złożona w Sądzie Rejonowym w Gdańsku przez syndyka spółki. Do tej pory z jej majątku zabezpieczono 37 i pół mln zł.
Likwidacja masy upadłościowej nie jest zakończona, do sprzedaży pozostały kruszce, trzy nieruchomości, trzeba ściągnąć pożyczki na około 50 mln zł – poinformował Polską Agencję Prasową syndyk Józef Dębiński. W złożonej przez syndyka w gdańskim sądzie liście wierzytelności liczba wierzycieli Amber Gold została ustalona na 12 tysięcy 187.
Listę będzie teraz analizował sędzia komisarz, następnie powstanie plan podziału funduszów masy upadłości – w obu etapach będzie można składać zarzuty. Odzyskany majątek Amber Gold w pierwszym rzędzie pokryje koszty postępowania i pokryje roszczenia byłych pracowników spółki. W następnej kolejności trzeba spłacać należne podatki, a potem regulować zobowiązania wobec pozostałych wierzycieli.
Likwidację Amber Gold ogłoszono w sierpniu 2012 roku. Prokuratura zapowiada, że akt oskarżenia przeciwko prezesowi spółki Marcinowi P. i jego żonie Katarzynie P. może trafić do gdańskiego sądu jeszcze w czerwcu.
