Tamtejszy pośredniak dysponuje funduszami na kształcenie ustawiczne pracowników, którzy ukończyli 45 lat. Kształcenie to może obejmować kursy i studia podyplomowe, egzaminy zawodowe, urząd płaci też za badania lekarskie i psychologiczne. W przypadku mikroprzedsiębiorstw można uzyskać 100 proc. kosztów kształcenia pracownika, pozostali pracodawcy mogą liczyć na 80 proc. zwrotu. W powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy czekają też na pracodawców, którzy chcieliby przyjąć stażystę i osób które chciałyby odbyć staż. Pośredniak zapewnia wynagrodzenie, ponosi też koszt badań lekarskich i ubezpieczenia.
