Firmy, rolnicze spółdzielnie produkcyjne czy organizacje pozarządowe które przystąpią do programu, muszą zatrudnić bezrobotnego przynajmniej na 3 miesiące. Dodatkową zachętą do podjęcia stażu jest miesięczne wynagrodzenie w wysokości 120 proc. kwoty zasiłku dla bezrobotnych, pośredniak ponosi też koszty badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeniowe.
