Nowa dyrektor ma poprawić działalność PCPR
Ma poprawić działalność Powiatowego Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie, w którym niedawno wykryto szereg nieprawidłowości, w tym mobbing, bałagan w dokumentach, błędy w fakturach i bezpodstawne przyznawanie premii pracownikom.
– Pani Marzena jest dla mnie stabilizatorem sytuacji w PCPR – dodaje starosta Alicja Żurawska.
Wyniki zleconej przez starostwo kontroli przedstawiono pod koniec kwietnia. Ich konsekwencją była utrata pracy przez dotychczasową dyrektor Sylwię Diedrich, a sprawa trafiła do prokuratury. Teraz chcemy uspokoić sytuację w jednostce, która odpowiada za tak ważne sprawy jak choćby rodziny zastępcze – mówi nam starosta Alicja Żurawska. Zarząd powiatu na nową szefową PCPR wybrał Marzenę Hinca, dotychczasową dyrektorkę Domu Dziecka. Do końca lipca obowiązki dyrektora Domu Dziecka w Kościerzynie po Marzenie Hinca będzie pełnić Aldona Plichta. Konkurs na nowego dyrektora ma być ogłoszony w sierpniu.
