Policjanci z Gdyni kontrolują autokary ze szkolnymi wycieczkami
Od przyszłego poniedziałku otwierają też stały punkt kontroli.
Policjanci z gdyńskiej drogówki kontrolują stan techniczny pojazdów, sprawdzają trzeźwość kierowcy i jego uprawnienia do przewozu wycieczki. W bieżącym roku funkcjonariusze sprawdzili już 70 autokarów, w kilku przypadkach z powodu złego stanu pojazdów zachodziła potrzeba zamiany autobusu na technicznie sprawny.
Od 18 maja do końca czerwca będzie też działał stały punkt kontroli – na pętli ZKM przy Węźle Franciszki Cegielskiej. Punkt będzie otwarty codziennie w godzinach 6:30 – 9:00. Wycieczki wyruszające poza Gdynię w innych niż wyznaczone godziny, mogą się zgłaszać telefonicznie – numer kontaktowy znaleźć można w serwisie informacyjnym na stronie internetowej Komendy Miejskiej Policji w Gdyni.
