Rozbudowa kanalizacji uchroni od straty dofinansowania
Dalsza rozbudowa kanalizacji ma uchronić gminę Szemud od utraty unijnego dofinansowania. Chodzi o nową sieć w Koleczkowie, Bojanie i Dobrzewinie – Karczemkach. To jedna z największych w historii Szemuda inwestycji finansowanych z unijnych funduszy – gmina pozyskała na ten cel 20 mln złotych.
Samorządowi grozi zwrot dotacji, jeśli nie uzyska tzw. efektu ekologicznego – czyli jeśli do nowej sieci nie przyłączy się odpowiednia liczba mieszkańców. Po akcji informacyjnej urzędników w terenie i apelach za pośrednictwem Radia Kaszëbë przyłącza wykonało sporo gospodarstw, ale to wciąż za mało – mówi wójt gminy Ryszard Kalkowski. Gmina oddawać pieniędzy nie chce, dlatego wystąpiła do ministerstwa środowiska o kolejną dotację. Chce przyłączyć kolejne tysiąc gospodarstw w okolicach Koleczkowa, Bojana i Dobrzewina – Karczemek.
Dzięki rozbudowie sieci groźba zwrotu dotacji może zostać zażegnana – pod warunkiem że będzie zainteresowanie przyłączami. Mimo obecnych kłopotów jestem o to spokojny – mówi wójt Szemuda.
Losy już otrzymanej dotacji i planowanej rozbudowy sieci rozstrzygnie decyzja ministra środowiska – w Szemudzie spodziewają się jej jeszcze w sierpniu. Cały czas można się też przyłączać do nowej sieci kanalizacyjnej – wszelkich informacji i pomocy udzielają w Urzędzie Gminy.
