„Geokeszing w Sercu Kaszub” z innowacyjnym promowaniem turystyki
„Geokeszing w Sercu Kaszub” wyróżniony za innowacyjną formę promocji walorów turystycznych. Jego pomysłodawcą i administratorem jest Lokalna Organizacja Turystyczna z powiatu kościerskiego która nagrodę odebrała podczas Gdańskich Targów Turystycznych.
– Przyciągnęły już do nas kilkuset poszukiwaczy i to zostało zauważono na gdańskich targach – mówi Lidia Narloch z biura Lokalnej Organizacji Turystycznej „Serce Kaszub” w Kościerzynie.
Geokeszing to znana na całym świecie zabawa w odkrywanie skarbów. Uczestnicy rejestrują się na jednym z poświęconych temu portali, ściągają dane gps i wyruszają w teren na poszukiwania. W Polsce od 2001 roku umieszczono już kilka tysięcy tak zwanych skrzynek ze skarbami. Od jesieni ubiegłego roku dostępne są też w powiecie kościerskim. To 40 skarbów ukrytych na 7 trasach przygotowanych dla turystów pieszych i rowerowych. Informacje o trasach i keszach na całym świecie dostępne są na stronach internetowych: www.geocaching.com, ale także opencaching.pl i geocaching.org.pl.
